The legal basis for the processing of personal data is given by the specific contractual relationship established and by the consent of the data subject.

Personal data will be processed by electronic, hard copy or computerized means and will use adequate security measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of your personal data.

Data retention

Following the principles of proportionality and necessity, your data will not be stored for a period of time longer than strictly necessary for the fulfilment of the purposes indicated above and, therefore, for the services offered or according to specific legislation in force.

You also have the right to refuse consent, in whole or in part, for legitimate reasons, for the processing of your personal data, even if it is pertinent to the purposes of data collection, as well as for the direct sending of sales or advertising material or the undertaking of market research or commercial communications, by contacting the Data Controller, where you can also find, upon request, the complete and updated list of Data Processors.

Mandatory conferral of data

Without prejudice to the processing of personal data required for the fulfilment of the contract and the fulfilment of legal obligations as stated in letter b) of the paragraph “Purposes of processing”, consent to the processing of personal data is not required.

Rights of the data subject

Data subjects to whom personal data refers may exercise their rights in relation to the Data Controller, pursuant to Article 15 of EU Regulation 679/2016; that is, the data subject shall have the right to obtain confirmation of the existence of their personal data and request a copy of that data in a commonly used format. The data subject shall also have the right to obtain the correction, rectification, completion and deletion of data. The data subject shall also have the right to refuse consent, in whole or in part, for legitimate reasons, for the processing of their personal data, even if it is pertinent to the purposes of data collection, as well as the right to portability of data and the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, as well as for the direct sending of sales or advertising material or the undertaking of market research or commercial communications, by contacting the Data Controller, where you can also find, upon request, the complete and updated list of Data Processors.
